Jonathan E. Allen

I received my Ph.D. in 2006 from Johns Hopkins University in Computer Science. My thesis advisor was Steven Salzberg. I am a Postdoctoral Research Staff Member at Lawrence Livermore National Lab. Prior to graduation, I worked in the Center for Computational Biology and Bioinformatics at the University of Maryland, my homepage was here. Much of my Ph.D. work took place at TIGR (now called JCVI) in the area of Bioinformatics.
