About

Hello! I am Ayo, a Research Scientist at the Johns Hopkins University Information Security Institute (JHU ISI) in the Advanced Research Cryptography (ARC) group. At JHU, I have developed cryptographic frameworks around attribute-based encryption, zero-knowledge proofs, and multi-party computation to enhance the security and privacy of decentralized applications.

My research interests span applied cryptography, information security, and the innovative use of programming languages and compilers to address cryptographic engineering challenges in the tech industry. Through my work, I aim to bridge the gap between theoretical cryptography and practical deployment, ensuring that cutting-edge cryptographic techniques are effectively utilized to protect sensitive information and maintain user privacy in digital systems.

I am passionate about fostering collaboration between academia and industry to drive the adoption of secure and private blockchain technologies. And if you have research ideas you want to explore with me, drop me an email and let’s chat. Always looking to collaborate.
