I received my PhD in Computer Science from the Johns Hopkins University. I was a member of the Security and Privacy Applied Research Lab (SPAR) of Johns Hopkins Information Security Institute (ISI). I worked with Profs. Fabian Monrose and Avi Rubin. I also worked closely with Profs. Patrick McDaniel and Andreas Terzis. In general my research interests include networking and security. My work primarily focuses on Internet measurement, network protocols, and routing security. Before I came to Hopkins, I received my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC).

In my free time I enjoy traveling and sports. I traveled a lot in China and US. I also visited some cities in England, Italy, and Spain. I played volleyball in high school and soccer in college. At Hopkins I play badminton and table tennis. I also participate in International style ballroom competitions. :)
