Details regarding the costs and terms of exhibiting are as follows:

The standard rate for exhibitors will be US$500/day for the 4 days of the conference, October 3-6. You will be entitled to a booth of up to 3 meters by 3 meters in the Convention Foyer of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Larger booth spaces may be available at an additional charge. Booths will be located adjacent to the coffee station, where conference delegates will go for refreshments during breaks in the conference program.

Exhibitors will be responsible for all materials and construction of their booths. Tables 3 feet by 6 feet in size will be available free of charge, as will a secure space for storing equipment after hours. Exhibitors will be expected remove all valuables to the storage space by no later than 6:30 pm on each of the conference days. Alternatively, security arrangements can be made for exhibitors who do not wish to remove valuables to the storage area at an additional charge of US$180/night. Two weeks advance notice will be required for exhibitors needing overnight security.

1.5 megabit broadband Internet connectivity with ISP service will be available for US$300/line, which will cover the duration of the conference. We require at least 3 weeks advance notice to make arrangements for connectivity. The Convention Foyer will be open for exhibitors to set up their booths from 10 am to 6 pm on October 2.
